Insulated handle and blades

Wera specifies individual IEC 60900 testing at 10,000V for a permitted working voltage of 1,000V for its VDE handle/blade system. The 10,000V figure is a test voltage, not an operating rating. This specification must not be applied to the separate phase tester.

Separate 247 phase tester: 150–250V only

Wera specifies a nominal 150–250V range for the included 247 single-pole phase tester. It is for phase identification only, not for proving that a circuit is dead or determining the absence of operating voltage. It is not a 1,000V tester.

Follow the Wera 247 manufacturer instructions, including the stated environmental limits: −15°C to +40°C, 50–500Hz, and no use in rain or dew. Electrical work requires appropriate competence, safe isolation, suitable test equipment and other required protection; the set alone does not make a task safe.

Wera’s current datasheet marks this original configuration as discontinued. This listing is for the exact configuration shown, not a newer substitute set. Supply only.
