Plan a workshop-fitted Track Manager TM900 system for your vehicles, or combine tracking with a Thinkware dash camera. Enquiry and availability check first: we confirm hardware supply, vehicle suitability, booking arrangements and subscription terms before accepting an order or starting service.
These prices include the tracker and one hour per vehicle for standard workshop fitting, activation and an app walkthrough. Fleet-site visits and travel are quoted separately. Unusual routing, vehicle-specific parts or extra work are agreed before fitting. The TM900 tracks vehicle location; it is not an immobiliser and is not offered here as an S5 or S7 insurance-approved tracker.
Track Manager Lite: £4.99 per vehicle per month including VAT.
Full Track Manager: £8.50 per vehicle per month including VAT.
A subscription is required for tracking service and is billed by Lehane. The fleet installation discount does not reduce the monthly subscription. Service start, applicable fees, renewal and cancellation terms will be confirmed before agreement. Annual plans are quoted once their costs and terms are confirmed. This enquiry does not start a subscription or recurring payment.

The appropriate fleet tracker rate can be included in your quote; camera hardware and fitting are not automatically discounted. Subscription charges remain separate. The Q200 records locally and uses the Thinkware app: this is not a promise of live fleet video or camera integration inside Track Manager. Supplied hardwire leads and memory cards are included; parking batteries are optional. Rear-camera reach, fuse connections, safe airbag routing and any additional parts are checked for each vehicle. Vans, motorhomes and complex installations may need additional work.

On suitable vehicles and systems, remote immobilisation can be configured to inhibit the next engine start after the engine has been switched off. It is not offered here as a way to shut down a moving vehicle. Compatibility, authorisation controls and operating conditions are confirmed before installation.
Camera options range from front-facing dash cams to multi-camera systems for supported fleet applications. Recording, remote access, driver-monitoring functions and ongoing connectivity costs depend on the selected equipment. We can discuss the installation and access arrangements for your business; agree how recordings will be used and who can view them before deployment.
