10-farad hybrid car-audio capacitor combining carbon and electrolytic technology, with digital voltage display. Rated operating voltage is 16V; the 18V surge specification is not a continuous operating rating. For a correctly designed 12V vehicle audio power system, not a 24V system. A capacitor is not a substitute for adequate battery, alternator or power-cable capacity.

Compatibility and installation

Professional installation is recommended. Follow the exact manufacturer charging/discharging procedure, correct polarity and appropriate fusing; this stores substantial electrical energy. Do not handle damaged or ruptured cells. Confirm mounting space and cable connections before purchase. Wiring and labour are additional.
