Compatibility requirements

Requires matching SYNC 4 equipment. The current supplier specification states this is not plug-and-play: professional installation using the exact wiring documentation is required. Confirm the required camera signal format with the supplier before selecting a camera.

Match the exact original infotainment unit, screen, vehicle build and connection arrangement before ordering. Check the supplier compatibility database and installation documentation for the specific vehicle; the system name alone is not a guarantee for every model, year or trim.

Interface functions

Front and rear camera inputs. Moveable gridlines and optical parking overlay are not supported. The current supplier specification states that coding is not required for a correctly matched installation.

Interface supply only, not a replacement headunit or a complete installed camera system. The supplier image illustrates the interface in use; the vehicle, display and camera shown are not included. Select compatible cameras, extension wiring and any additional installation accessories separately.
