Compatibility requirements

Requires the matching SYNC 2.5 or SYNC 3 system. This is MM-FORD-SYNC, not the separately listed MM-RC-FORD-SY2/3 coding-dongle package or a SYNC 4 interface.

Match the exact original infotainment unit, screen, vehicle build and connection arrangement before ordering. Check the supplier compatibility database and installation documentation for the specific vehicle; the system name alone is not a guarantee for every model, year or trim.

Interface functions

Front and rear camera inputs. The current supplier specification states that coding is not required for a correctly matched installation.

Interface supply only, not a replacement headunit or a complete installed camera system. The supplier image illustrates the interface in use; the vehicle, display and camera shown are not included. Select compatible cameras, extension wiring and any additional installation accessories separately. Confirm the required camera format, electrical connections and supplied interface harness against the vehicle-specific instructions before fitting. Professional installation is recommended.
