Where installation is selected or included, fitting takes place at our Swansea workshop; mobile callouts are not included unless expressly agreed. The price covers the work and components stated in the listing, subject to vehicle compatibility and condition. Pre-existing faults, previous modifications, software differences or difficult access (including on some electric/hybrid vehicles) may require additional diagnostics, parts or labour; we will explain and agree any extra charges with you before proceeding. If the advertised installation cannot be completed, we will discuss suitable alternatives or a refund for the unprovided installation. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Compatibility and installation

The supplier identifies compatibility with its Motormax DVR range but explicitly excludes 5-channel DVRs. Confirm the exact host model, firmware, connections, electrical supply, vehicle mounting and setup requirements with Motormax before ordering. This is not a universal plug-and-play system. A DVR or additional external monitor is not listed as part of this package.

Professional installation, configuration and functional testing are required. Warning functions assist the driver; they do not guarantee detection of every hazard or prevent collisions, and do not replace attentive driving. This listing does not claim DVS/PSS certification or automatic vehicle compliance.

Supply-only hardware package. Any required additional wiring, host equipment, installation, connected-service account, data plan or evidence-centre subscription must be agreed separately; cloud access is not included in this listing.
