Description

A 30cm (12-inch) PS-Series passive subwoofer rated at 400 W RMS, with a single 4-ohm voice coil. The polypropylene cone uses Kenwood’s X-motif cap and reinforced diaphragm construction, with an aluminium voice-coil bobbin and airflow cooling. Mounting depth is 137mm. This is a bare driver, not a powered or enclosed bass system; it requires an appropriately designed enclosure and a suitable amplifier.

Compatibility and installation

Aftermarket audio equipment, not a vehicle-specific direct-fit kit. Confirm mounting aperture, depth, fixings, impedance and compatibility with the factory audio system before ordering. Vehicle-specific adapters, wiring interfaces or mounting alterations may be required and are not included. Speakers are passive and need a compatible head unit or amplifier; professional installation is recommended.
