Description

The Connects2 CTAVGBT009 provides A2DP music streaming, hands-free calling and an auxiliary audio input through a compatible original radio’s CD-changer connection, not by FM transmission.

Limited application

  • Volkswagen Golf, 2004–2013.
  • Volkswagen Tiguan, 2007–2015.
  • Volkswagen Transporter T5, 2005–2015.
  • Volkswagen Touran, 2005–2015.
  • Volkswagen Scirocco, 2008–2015.

Every listed application requires the original RCD200, RCD210, RCD300, RCD310, RCD500 or RCD510 radio with a Quadlock CD-changer connection. Before purchase, your installer must confirm the radio identity, connector and port availability, exact supplied harness and vehicle configuration. Model and year alone do not prove fit. The original CD-changer port must be enabled for this interface to function; have your installer confirm activation requirements and any additional work BEFORE purchase.

This listing excludes Eos, Beta/Gamma radios, Mini ISO systems, navigation units, MFD/RNS units, MIB systems and other vehicle applications. No connector-format equivalence, universal Volkswagen fit, factory-amplifier retention or complete retention of every original function is promised.

Offered unit

One CTAVGBT009 interface kit with vehicle connection harness and wired microphone. The supplier image is a generic product-family illustration, not proof of the connector supplied. Smartphone, radio, auxiliary device, optional audio leads and installation are not included.

This legacy interface is offered from current supplier stock. Confirm your intended device and installation requirements before ordering. Streaming and calling require compatible device functions; compatibility with every current phone, operating system or application is not guaranteed. No Bluetooth version, USB music playback, charging performance, universal steering-control operation or future replenishment promise is made.
