Description

The Connects2 CTABMBT007 provides A2DP music streaming, hands-free calling and an auxiliary audio input through a compatible original BMW radio’s CD-changer connection, not by FM transmission.

Limited application

  • BMW 3 Series E46 saloon, 1999–2005.
  • BMW 5 Series E39, 1996–2004.

Both applications require the original BMW Business II radio with the matching 17-way round-pin connection and available CD-changer port. Before purchase, your installer must verify the exact radio, vehicle connections, port availability and supplied harness. Vehicle model and year alone do not establish compatibility.

This listing excludes Quadlock/40-pin systems, MOST optical systems, navigation units, other radio types and vehicle applications outside the limited list above. No universal BMW or I-bus compatibility, factory-amplifier retention or complete retention of every original function is promised.

Offered unit

One CTABMBT007 interface kit with vehicle connection harness and wired microphone. The supplier promotional image is a generic product-family illustration, not proof of the connector supplied. Smartphone, radio, auxiliary device, optional audio leads and installation are not included.
