Where installation is selected or included, fitting takes place at our Swansea workshop; mobile callouts are not included unless expressly agreed. The price covers the work and components stated in the listing, subject to vehicle compatibility and condition. Pre-existing faults, previous modifications, software differences or difficult access (including on some electric/hybrid vehicles) may require additional diagnostics, parts or labour; we will explain and agree any extra charges with you before proceeding. If the advertised installation cannot be completed, we will discuss suitable alternatives or a refund for the unprovided installation. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
