Retain steering-wheel audio controls
The Connects2 CTSMC010 is a vehicle-specific interface with its wiring harness for fitting a compatible aftermarket radio while retaining the factory steering-wheel audio controls.
Vehicle and original-radio checks
- Mercedes C-Class W204, 2012–2014, with the matching Quadlock/Fakra radio connector arrangement.
- Check the exact original radio, vehicle connectors and steering-wheel controls against the pictured assembly and manufacturer instructions before ordering. Model and year alone do not confirm compatibility.
- This listing does not extend to other Mercedes platforms or promise retention of a factory amplified audio system.
Supplied unit and required lead
One steering-wheel control interface module with its main vehicle-to-radio wiring harness is supplied. A compatible radio-specific head-unit patch lead is required separately; select it for this interface and the steering-control input on the intended aftermarket radio. The radio itself is not included.
This is not a complete stereo fitting kit. Any required fascia, aerial adapter or additional installation parts must be selected separately.
Clock setting and instructions
The specific manufacturer guide describes setting the vehicle clock through the steering-wheel controls. It also states that this interface does not allow language changes. Follow the guide for the matching vehicle and radio installation.
The actual supplier ordering reference is CTSMC010. The CTSMC010.2 installation guide is the specific W204 application and connector-layout reference checked for this offer. That document reference does not make other suffix versions or Mercedes interface codes interchangeable.
