Description

The Connects2 CTAHOBT001 is a vehicle-specific interface for adding A2DP music streaming, hands-free calling and an auxiliary audio input to a compatible original Honda Alpine radio through its CD-changer connection. It is not an FM transmitter or a replacement radio.

Confirm compatibility before purchase

The bounded application is Honda Accord 2001–2008 without navigation, Civic 2001–2005, Jazz 2001–2007 and S2000 2001–2003, with the specified original Alpine OEM radio. Your installer must confirm the original radio identity, available CD-changer port, actual connector and matching Honda harness before ordering. Other radio manufacturers, navigation systems, connector revisions and vehicle trims are not automatically supported.

Offered unit and image

One CTAHOBT001 interface kit, comprising the interface, vehicle connection harness and wired microphone. The supplier promotional image illustrates the product family rather than proving the exact Honda connector supplied. A smartphone, radio, auxiliary device and installation are not included. Confirm the supplied connection arrangement with the installer before purchase.

Legacy device compatibility

Music streaming and calling require a compatible device and appropriate Bluetooth functions. Compatibility with every current phone, operating-system release, application or service is not guaranteed. No Bluetooth version, USB audio playback, charging performance or complete retention of every original radio function is promised. Professional installation and a function check with your intended device are recommended.
