Description

This is the Audison bit Play HD SSD version with a supplied 240GB internal 2.5-inch SSD, not the separate no-SSD player. It is a legacy media player for use with a compatible external audio system, rather than an amplifier, receiver display or complete installation kit.

Playback and connections

The original specification supports WAV/FLAC playback up to 24-bit/96kHz, optical digital and stereo RCA audio outputs, and HDMI/composite video outputs. A compatible external monitor is required for the on-screen setup and advanced infrared-control interface; the monitor and audio system are not included. Do not view video or operate distracting controls while driving.

Supplied scope and compatibility

The SSD version includes the player with 240GB SSD, its ARC and USR infrared remote controls, infrared receiver, USB extension and USB Wi-Fi dongle. The optional Audison DRC controller is not included. Additional audio/video leads and installation parts must be checked for the intended system.

Have a qualified installer verify the exact audio input, display connection, mounting clearance and power supply before purchase. The original specification states 8.5–14V DC supply; professional installation following the instructions for the supplied revision is required.

Legacy software limitation

This is discontinued legacy equipment supplied from available residual stock. This offer does not rely on a current iPhone or Android app: app availability, compatibility with current operating systems, streaming services, updated Wi-Fi dongles and future firmware updates are not promised. Confirm the intended infrared-control and external-display workflow before ordering. No modern smartphone integration, steering-wheel interface or subscription entitlement is included.

Supply-only price: £700.49 including VAT (£583.74 excluding VAT).

Installation is not included. Contact us for a quotation after the intended system has been assessed. Delivery charges are shown at checkout; collection requires stock confirmation and an agreed appointment.
