Description

Status-series 6.5-inch carbon-cone three-way system, 100W RMS in its supplied passive-network configuration and nominal 4 ohms. Slim-fit refers to the smaller tweeter arrangement, not a promise of shallow woofer clearance. Use the designated supplied networks; disconnect an existing factory tweeter rather than wiring it in parallel.

Compatibility and installation

Not a vehicle-specific direct-fit kit. Check mounting diameter, cut-out, depth, window travel, grille clearance, wiring connectors and amplifier/head-unit impedance compatibility before ordering. Vehicle-specific mounting rings, harness adapters and any factory-amplifier interfaces are additional. Component systems require suitable separate tweeter and crossover locations. Installation and labour are quoted separately; professional fitting is recommended.
