Standalone battery fitting: £120 + VAT (£144 including VAT). Battery supplied and fitted: £559 including VAT.
Battery fitting alongside dash-camera installation: £80 + VAT (£96 including VAT). Battery and combined fitting: £511 including VAT, additional to the camera and camera installation.

  • Battery installation *

    The £80 + VAT rate applies only when a dash-camera installation is booked for the same vehicle and appointment. Camera fitting is charged separately. Otherwise select standalone battery fitting. Standard connections, mounting and setup included.

  • Compatible hardwired connections and standard consumables included in battery fitting. No separate kit charge.

Thinkware iVolt PRO BAB-95 external dash-camera battery

Extend parking surveillance with a dedicated rechargeable battery, providing power to the dash camera while your vehicle is parked. Bluetooth connectivity provides battery monitoring through the compatible app.

  • 7,500mAh / 96Wh LiFePO4 battery
  • Approximately 27 hours of use at a 3.5W camera load; actual duration varies by camera, recording mode and conditions
  • Approximately 50-minute high-speed charge or 90-minute normal charge under suitable conditions

  • Compatible with Thinkware dash-camera models using the appropriate connection

Optional professional hardwired installation

Standalone battery fitting is £120 plus VAT (£144 including VAT), or £80 plus VAT (£96 including VAT) when combined with a dash-camera installation on the same vehicle at the same appointment. Standard fitting includes secure mounting, compatible hardwired charging and output connections, consumables and parking-mode testing. Fitting a new dash camera is a separate option on the camera listing.

The dash camera is sold separately. Camera and vehicle suitability must be checked. OBD-II power cables are not used for battery fitting.

Electric and hybrid vehicles, unusual charging systems, difficult access or additional cable routing may require extra work. Any extra charge will be agreed before fitting.
